I am so glad that you are here! This brand exists to help people discover the best version of themselves by overcoming gym confusion through practical exercise and nutrition. 

 

I understand that the gym can be a confusing place. What exercises do what? Am I doing this correctly? Am I wasting my time? These are all questions that I used to ask when I was starting in the gym over a decade ago. With the combination of formal and experimental training, I've been able to develop a physique that I am proud of! 

 

I am so happy that this brand gets to help people become the best version of themselves! 6 days a week the workouts that I do will be posted the day after I do the workout. We are all in this together. As I learn new things, so will you! I encourage you to pick exercises a la carte or follow the plans in their entirety! Either way, you will see results! The workouts never take over an hour because we all have things to do! It's not about how much you can do, but how much you can get done in as little time as possible!
