Exercises - Providing effective and efficient workouts ranging from very simple to extremely challenging. For me it is not always about heavyweight; but rather focusing on form, mind to muscle connection (getting the most out of every rep), and time under tension (TUT).
Nutrition - You cannot out exercise a bad diet. The problem is most people have no idea how much or what to eat. I don't claim any specific eating style (vegetarian, vegan, meat), I simply eat in order to respect my body and reach my goals.
Mindset & Motivation - I firmly believe that if you are strong mentally, your body will follow. I have a podcast that serves as a great tool to stay sharp mentally, that you can check out by clicking here.
